Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
At Frequencee, a trading bot service managed by its mother company, Prodigital Marketing LTD (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide you with a satisfactory experience. However, please note that our refund policy is subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Requests

2.1 Initial Bot Purchase: We offer a refund of the initial purchase price of the bot if you have not yet activated or started using it. To request a refund for the initial bot purchase, please follow these steps:  

a. Contact our support team at info@frequencee.com within 30 days of your initial purchase.  
b. Provide your full name, email address associated with your Frequencee account, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.  
c. Our support team will review your request and respond within 25 business days.

2.2 Commissions: We do not offer refunds on commissions generated by the bot, as it operates on a profit-split model. Commissions earned are not eligible for refunds.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Refund Conditions: Refunds for the initial bot purchase are subject to the following conditions:  a. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.  
b. You must provide a valid reason for your refund request.  
c. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 Non-Eligibility: We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:  
a. Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase.  
b. Requests for refunds of commissions earned by the bot.  
c. Refunds requested for reasons unrelated to the quality or functionality of Frequencee.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Approval: If your refund request for the initial bot purchase is approved, we will process the refund within 25 business days.

4.2 Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
